We are a new zealand based tech company and we recently moved into a new canadian branch office this past summer. i was tasked with seeking out a qualified contractor to renovate and improve the space to make it suitable for both employees and our customers.

we wanted to make the move as quickly as possible, but realized it would take 6-8 weeks before all the renovation work would be complete. this was based on other quotes from other contractors and our own personal experience in new build and construction in general.

Our renovation consisted of tiling, carpeting, painting and the installation of a static resistant vinyl floor.

We engaged the services of Titan Build to construct two extensions to our two mixed use buildings on Yonge Street. The proiect was a rather complicated one. It required the coordination of a number of factors, including the relocation of utilities, excavation and extension of below grade as well as two stories above grade and all the while our tenants remained in occupancy of the buildings. I can say that Enrico and his team were very professional in every aspect of the project. Not only did they communicate well with me, they communicated well with our tenants keeping them fully informed of all upcoming events that would effect allowing them time to prepare.

The project was a rather long one due to a number of factors not the least of which was the inclement weather. Throughout the entire project the construction site was always maintained in a safe, clean and organized manner. The medical Spa remodel that you performed on our behalf required the coordination of so many different trades, electrical and plumbing, HVAC, roofers and many others. it was a complete remodel of an existing space and an expansion of additional space of equal size. you and your staff coordinated every aspect of this ever changing project seamlessly.

As you know, our tenant was a demanding client but you managed to not only satisfy him, but you delivered the project on time and on budget. Both he and I were extremely satisfied with the final product and your follow up on so many of the additional items that he requested after the fact.

I am writing this letter in full support of Enrico related to the General Contracting work he carried out in the shell of our commercial unit converting it to our centre for business.

During both my MBA at Ivey and my Economics degree at the London School of Economics it was taught to us that projects involve time, scope and cost and balancing the 3 is extremely challenging.

In Rico's case the project exceeded my expectations in:

Time: The project was completed ahead of schedule. Rico's staff were working 7 days a week and more importantly they were good people that our staff really enjoyed meeting.

Scope: Full build out with second floor mezzanine (6" baseboards, pocket sliding doors, glass balcony, high ceilings etc.). Whenever we host meetings our business partners are most impressed with our facility (Rico put in a practise golf facility that breaks the ice in all our meetings and is a discussion point - a must see).

Cost: The project was on budget despite my additions and changes throughout the process.

Most importantly - following the completion of the project we have had no issues with Rico's work. Minor adjustments to the glass balcony, pocket doors etc. were addressed by Rico same day (which I did not expect).

I have upcoming projects and I plan to present these opportunities to Rico on a priority basis.

am extremely busy building my own business and it is refreshing for me to have confidence that Rico delivers on time, as per specs and within budget - a diamond in the rough.
